Close your account

You can close your account by e-mailing us at support@checksig.com; alternatively, log into your account and request to close it.

If your account has positive balances, please withdraw them before requesting its closure.

The account record and its associated data will be deleted, with the exception of what we are obliged by law to keep for the prevention and investigation of criminal offenses and for tax purposes.

Our team will contact you within five working days for administrative obligations, if any.
