Immediate orders up to €60,000 are automated 24/7. Above the threshold, orders are handled by the CheckSig operations team on business days, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Order status, outcome, and balances are available in the CheckSig app, subject to operational timing and applicable controls.

Frequently asked questions
How do I buy crypto on CheckSig?
1. Deposit euros
Select "Deposit" → choose EUR → make a bank transfer from your bank to the CheckSig IBAN. Copy the payment reference with your Client ID carefully: it is what makes the credit automatic and instant. The originating bank account must be in your name.
2. Place the order
Select "Buy" → choose the cryptocurrency → select the order type (Immediate, Limit, Recurring). Once the operation is complete, you find the updated balance and the receipt in the "Trend" section.
Which order types are available?
- Immediate: immediate execution at the price quoted when you accept
- Limit: automatic execution when the price you set is reached
- Recurring (CAP): automatic periodic purchases
Up to €60,000 per single order, execution is automatic and instant 24/7. Above €60,000 per single order, the order is handled by the Brokerage Desk (9 AM - 6 PM, Mon - Fri).
How much does Trading cost?
A Trading fee of 1% of the order's euro countervalue applies to each order.
